DAY 1

Day 1 will aim to cater for users who are responsible for system administration or an institution’s strategy for the Online Store.

Presentations will cover WPM Education’s vision for the Online Store. The day will include current and future training and e-learning provision, as well as demonstrations of new module developments. Time will also be set aside for several workshops to allow discussion of existing modules and future developments.

DAY 2

Day 2 will be provide users with updates on all aspects of WPM Education. The day will include keynote speakers from the education sector and payments industry, client case studies and plenty of opportunities to network with other attendees and 3rd party suppliers.

The day will also include the User Group AGM, an exhibition with selected 3rd party suppliers and a networking dinner event. As always, this day provides an excellent opportunity to get up to speed with WPM’s developments over the last year and discuss opportunities for the future.

The workshops will be aimed at existing users who wish to discuss their use of systems, future developments and have an opportunity to ask WPM questions. While these may be of interest to new users they will not necessarily cover demonstrations of products.
