Update on the Online Store V3.5 Upgrade

The Online Store V3.5 upgrade is well under way and over 25% of our clients have now moved to the latest version. Feedback has been very positive and it appears the upgrade has achieved what it set out to do in terms of improving the customer experience.

Regional User Groups

Product Demonstration Webinars - June

Based on feedback from clients the upcoming June product demonstration days will be in a webinar format rather than at physical locations. This will also provide the opportunity to allow interested users to mix and match which webinars they view and hopefully be more convenient than having to travel.

Please remember the next quarterly reviews are due in May. You should have received a reminder from Helen Berry inviting you to set one up , however, if you have not then please let her know. These reviews can be very quick, but we feel they are incredibly important to ensure that we are working together as well as possible, that we are providing the best possible service and that we can together pre-empt any potential issues.

2010 ANNUAL USER GROUP CONFERENCE - A TRIUMPH

This year's Annual User Group Conference held at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel in Manchester on the 24th and 25th of February, was once again a great success. WPM would like to thank all 56 Institutions and 130 delegates that attended.

Following on from user feedback last year, we extended our annual conference to include a day of workshops for users to share their knowledge and have the chance to discuss developments of our solutions. We hope you found the conference enjoyable and interesting.
