PayPal goes live on Online Stores

WPM are pleased to announce that both the University of Birmingham and Coventry have now gone live with PayPal payments on the Online Store platform. So far early indications are that take-up is very encouraging and we will look to provide updates of how this impacts the customer experience and the overall sales.
Ian Anderson comments on his reasons for introducing the additional payment option: "Coventry University's initial driver was to offer our customers the ability to make payment via a system we believed many were already familiar with, PayPal. Following a 'painless' integration and release early signs would suggest our assumption was correct"
