PayPal offer 3 months free processing and a reduced rate for WPM Clients.

WPM Education is pleased to announce that PayPal have agreed to reduce their pricing to 1.2% and 20p per transaction for all institutions that accept PayPal via WPM Education's e-payment solutions.
This reduced rate is much lower than PayPal's normal transactional pricing and hopes to encourage institutions to offer their students more choice and convenience when paying online whilst also bringing the transactional costs to a level comparable with credit card processing charges.
This preferential pricing is available to all WPM customers that offer PayPal via the Online Store and there is no minimum term, payment volume obligation or cancellation fee to trial the service.
PayPal are also giving away 3 months free processing for each institution that adds PayPal as a payment method on their Online Store before the 30th of November 2009.
This no obligation trial offer provides your Institution with the opportunity to evaluate the benefit of implementing PayPal on your online store for yourself. Once the three month trial is over and you have decided that would like to continue with PayPal, all you will pay is 1.2% and 20p per transaction - There are no set-up fees, monthly fees or cancellation fees.
This offer is the first of its kind in the UK and highlights PayPal's commitment and intent to meet the needs of the Education sector.
Moving forward, PayPal are working with WPM and its clients to gain a better understanding of University and College payment systems, with the aim to create a solution to roll out across other institutions that will mimic existing processes and provide the necessary reporting to meet additional internal requirements.
