Update on the Online Store V3.5 Upgrade

The Online Store V3.5 upgrade is well under way and over 25% of our clients have now moved to the latest version. Feedback has been very positive and it appears the upgrade has achieved what it set out to do in terms of improving the customer experience.

As anyone who has moved to V3.5 will know, the actual upgrade is very straightforward. However, it does present the opportunity to reorganise the Online Store structure and it would be fair to say this process has often taken longer than we had first anticipated. However, this isn’t necessarily negative as it does mean that products/services end up being better aligned with a customer’s expectations when the system rolls to V3.5.

We will also be looking to do some work to improve the Administration section in response to change requests we have received and feedback from the Online Store workshops. This will only impact V3.5 and we will announce the changes when they become live.
