2010 ANNUAL USER GROUP CONFERENCE - A TRIUMPH
This year's Annual User Group Conference held at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel in Manchester on the 24th and 25th of February, was once again a great success.
WPM would like to thank all 56 institutions and 130 delegates that attended. Following on from user feedback last year, we extended our Annual User Group Conference to include a day of workshops for users to share their knowledge and have the chance to discuss developments of our solutions. JULY 09 - REGIONAL USER GROUPS
WPM carried out four Regional User Groups in July visiting Bristol, London, Leeds and Edinburgh. With some 80 attendees from 44 institutions, attendance was on par with the National User Group and also provided the chance for people who were unable to attend the February national event to attend.
The User Groups covered a general update from WPM, a presentation of the Customer Satisfaction Survey results, case studies from clients (depending on location), discussion forums, live demonstrations of the Extranet and Online Store V3.5 as well as opportunities to network with other clients.
A special thanks to Richard Dewfall (UWE), Ken Burt (Queen Mary, University of London) and Nick Cole (Leeds Met) who kindly offered us the use of their facilities to host the User Groups, and Richard Dewfall (UWE), Ian Anderson (Coventry University) and Neil Oliver (University of Kent) for their well presented, enjoyable and interesting case study presentations.
Feedback was once again very positive and the vast majority of attendees felt the events met or exceeded their expectations on a number of levels. We believe the format of the User Groups continues to be relevant due to the Regional User Groups giving the opportunity for more user participation.

JUNE-JULY 09 - ONLINE STORE V3.5 DEMONSTRATION DAYS
In June and July 09 we hosted a series of demonstrations of the latest version of our Online Store at various locations across the UK.
The Online Store allows your institution to securely accept payments for your goods or services online (from booking field trips or short courses to paying library fines and replacement ID cards) allowing you, with minimal IT knowledge required, to reduce your cash handling onsite, offer your students a 21st century service whilst having a centralised and transparent view of your finance stream.
Due to the popularity of these demonstrations we aim to host more later on in the year. Please request an invitation and we will contact you with more details once the dates have been confirmed.
MAY 09 - ONLINE STORE V3.5 AND INTERNAL ESHOP USER WORKSHOP
We hosted an Online Store V3.5 and Internal eShop User Workshop on the 4th June 2009 in Manchester. We would like to thank our users for taking the time to attend the workshop, we hope you enjoyed the day and found the discussions useful. Your insights and suggestions are very valuable to the continued success of the Online Store.

MARCH 09 - ONLINE STORE V3.5 AND EXTRANET WEBINARS
Our Online Store V3.5 and Extranet Webinars held in March were a great success with over 120 users attending, many taking the opportunity to ask questions in real-time. Thank-you for your positive feedback following the webinars, we will look to do more in future.
