INFORMATION COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE - VICTORIA CETINKAYA Victoria is a Senior Policy Officer in the ICO's Strategic Liaison department, working with key stakeholders to promote and uphold information rights. Her current responsibilities lie in the area of public services, where she takes the lead in liaising with the education sector. Previous roles at the ICO have included working with private sector organisations in areas such as credit, fraud prevention and technology. Prior to working at the ICO, Victoria worked in both the private and public sectors, mainly in financial services compliance and teaching. |

UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE - CHRIS PATTEN Chris started working at the University of Cambridge in August 2000, at the time of the successful, if painful, Oracle e-Business implementation. Chris and his colleagues are responsible for functional support of the Oracle Financials system, in addition to supplier payments, cash management and accounts receivable activities. During the last couple of years Chris has become responsible for implementation of PCI DSS compliance throughout the University, which is one of the original PCI DSS SIG member institutions. |

NEWCASTLE UNIVERSITY - LAWRENCE THOMPSON Lawrence's career as an IT professional spans over 25 years and includes experience in both the private and public sectors. Lawrence joined Newcastle University three years ago and is Assistant Director (Governance) with first-hand experience of working towards PCI DSS compliance in an HE institution. Prior to his current role, Lawrence has worked around the world from Japan to New York but regardless of where he was working, he has always maintained a home in Newcastle. Newcastle University has a global reputation for academic excellence and Newcastle itself has won several awards for being the best place in the UK to be a student. |

SYMANTEC - JAMES HANLON James Hanlon is the Head of the Security Practice at Symantec UK. He is responsible for leadership of the UK technical security practice, solution architects, strategists and multi-disciplinary virtual security teams across EMEA. James’s specialist areas include Cyber Security, Cloud Computing Security, Compliance, Enterprise Architecture and Mobility Security & Management. |

UK DATA SECURE - STUART GOLDING In 2009 I founded my company AlexanderStuart Ltd, now rebranded UK Data Secure, to provide specialist services in managing PCI-DSS compliance and information security risk reduction programmes for UK retailers. I have specialised in assisting large UK retailers to understand and deliver PCI-DSS compliance as part of information security risk reduction. I am currently involved in delivering PCI-DSS compliance for two major UK high street retailers, with other short assignments over the last twelve months to assist smaller UK high street retailers with the same challenges. |

VISA - EAMONN SKYRME Eamonn Skyrme is the Head of Acceptance Risk Programmes at Visa Europe. His key responsibilities include leading a team of compliance specialists to ensure that the integrity of the payment system is observed by users - working with issuers, acquirers, third parties and merchants. This includes the particular risk and issues related with PCI-DSS for third parties. Prior to joining Visa Europe, Eamonn commenced at a card acquirer in 1996 working in a variety of underwriting and, more recently, compliance roles including leading the PCI-DSS compliance activity for its merchant base. |
