The Card Payment Gateway is a resilient and reliable e-payment solution which allows your customers to make payments at any time of day or night from any location. This unique e-payment solution is ideal for institutions who have found that creating a secure system for processing payments on their existing network is either too costly or not feasible. The Card Payment Gateway is a fully secure solution maintained through a single, fully hosted web-based system which can be easily managed by staff with no IT or programming experience.

CONFERENCES AND EVENTS MODULE
Gain the ability to successfully market and capture booking details for all conferences and events online via a simple, flexible and cost efficient solution.
The Conference and Events module enables end users to rapidly adopt a wide variety of activities with minimal effort. Students can easily book and pay for their place and have the option to add additional attendees to as many conferences and events they wish. Additionally, the user can even add themselves to an oversubscribed conference or event enabling you to capture interest from potential attendees.
It provides flexibility for staff to set up new categories and to add additional conferences and events easily with no programming experience. Staff can add a vast amount of information about a particular conference or event including questionnaires asking the attendee specific questions, for example if they have any special dietary or physical access requirements.
The Conference and Events module provides event-specific administration and reporting allowing summary, event, delegate and programme options to be exported in CSV format, enabling you to see just how successful a conference or event has been.
SHORT COURSE MODULE
A straightforward, flexible and cost-efficient solution enabling colleges and universities to manage, promote and sell short courses online via a simple administration interface.
Students can easily book and pay for their place and add additional attendees to a course, download important information and have the ability to add themselves to waiting lists for over-subscribed short courses.
The Short Course module significantly reduces administration time associated with the set up, monitoring and management of short courses without losing the flexibility needed to cater for a wide range of courses and varying department requirements.
GRADUATION CEREMONIES MODULE
A flexible but simple to use system for graduation ceremony ticket booking and for raising revenue from ancillary services.
The module aims to provide a single point through which all graduation ceremony attendance can be managed and related products and services can be sold and monitored. Full control is given over each ceremony down to how many tickets are available, pricing of different seating areas, and what services guests can have access to.
An extensive administration interface is also included providing management reports and full control over attendees and their chosen services for each ceremony.
