CREATE A SHORT COURSE
In addition to the functionality available with the Conferences and Events Module for example overview, programme details, attendee categories and book now the Short Courses Module provides the following functionality:
WAITING LISTS
Ability to manage waiting lists for over-subscribed short courses. Customers can also register their interest on a waiting list.QUICK COURSE SETUP WIZARD
Allows for the streamlined setup of short courses through a 3-step wizard.
SHORT COURSE MODULE
It integrates fully with the Online Store framework while providing functionality from an administration and user perspective specific to administering, registering and paying for short courses.
The module has been developed in conjunction with the sector to address its specific requirements for short courses which require online booking and payment for one or more attendees during a single shopping session. This extends to capturing each attendee's details, the specific options they require as well as an optional questionnaire of information specific to each course.
The module has been designed and built to act as a simple, flexible and cost-efficient solution sitting somewhere in-between the basic Online Store shopping basket functionality and a full stand-alone system.
In addition to the basic Online Store functionality, the Short Course Module provides event specific administration and reporting allowing summary, event, delegate and programme options to be exported in a CSV format.
