ONLINE STORE CORE MODULES


Within each Online Store front-end one or more modules can be enabled, with the core modules covering System Management, Order Processing, the Product Catalogue and System Reporting.

This allows the functionality of each store to be configured to what is required to achieve the individual areas requirements.

CORE MODULES


The System Management and Order Processing modules provide a wide range of features such as built-in order-processing, accurately calculating shipping, handling and tax, handling orders both online and offline, monitoring stock levels, printing invoices and address labels and full access control based on username and access groups.

The Product Catalogue module allows for the sale of products and services with generic functionality based around configuring these items, including an unlimited number of categories and subcategories, links to external files or URL's, specify shipping weights, add shopper definable fields for personalised products and hide or prevent the purchase of products and information items to selected customers or customer groups.

Additionally the Product Catalogue module covers aspects for marketing products and services, including generating search engine friendly web pages, applying discounts based on quantity or specific products ordered and applying merchandising discounts such as "buy one get one free".

The Order Processing module allows for easy access and control over all customer, order and transaction data within that particular store. This is independent of any additional modules that have been added to the store and ensures there is a central point of access to this data.

EXTENSION & BESPOKE MODULES


All extension modules are optional and can be added, as required, at any future date. As well as the standard modules available, and in development, the framework can also support bespoke modules, which can be developed for specific requirements.
