ONLINE STORE: HOW IT WORKS
The Online Store is a stand-alone solution which can be adopted by the institution as a whole and/or used by individual departments as required.
The interface can be seamlessly linked directly from the institution's website, branded to the institution's requirements and integrate with all the institutions existing processes and systems.
This means that each store can have a separate visual identity, configuration and administrator access. This includes allowing different payment service providers or merchant accounts to be used within each store. The implementation of separate stores is normally dependant on the institutions requirements from either a financial or logistical point of view, i.e. one store can be used just to sell short courses and another for general services.
The Online Store is a modular-ecommerce framework with core modules covering a product catalogue, system management, sales order processing and system reporting with additional add-on modules available which provide expansion into more specialist areas with minimal set up such as the Conference & Events Module, Short Courses Module, E-Marketing Module and the Graduation Ceremonies Module.
