WPM Education offers users a wide range of training opportunities that help an institution get the most out of their investment and empower staff to maximise the usage of their solutions.
WPM Education provide on-site training across all our systems and recommend that staff are fully trained before becoming regular users. Staff that complete the training are both equipped to work efficiently, and able in time to train successive users of the system.

ONLINE STORE SHARED TRAINING 2012
We are pleased to announce a series of Online Store V4 training sessions in June 2012 in Leeds, Edinburgh, London and Bristol. These sessions are open to attendees from all institutions with a limited number of places for each session. The aim for these sessions is to cover common processes within a particular system, and also to keep users up to date with new features and developments.
For users subscribed to WPM's enhanced support package you can use your training credits to attend these courses at no charge.

ON-SITE TRAINING
On-site training is provided to an institution for each new implementation of a new WPM Education solution. Additional training is also available on demand, to meet the needs of experienced or new users at an existing clients' site.
A WPM Education trainer will visit the institution and tailor the training programme to fit the exact training requirements of the group. This training is normally undertaken in a day or series of days.
ONLINE TRAINING (WEBINARS)
Webinars are a useful training tool for re-visiting topics covered within on-site sessions. They have the advantage of being flexible, and can cater for users who are spread out across a campus.
Webinars can be requested by institutions through their account manager.
E-LEARNING (ON DEMAND)
In order to meet the needs of a growing user-base, we are developing a range of e-learning resources designed to support and enhance our training. They will be available later this year, and will provide step-by-step demonstrations along with activities to guide users through our processes.
