ONLINE STORE SHARED TRAINING 2012

WPM Education is pleased to announce a series of Online Store training sessions in Leeds, Edinburgh, London and Bristol.

These sessions are great a refresher sessions for current users or starter sessions for people new to the Online Store and are open to attendees from all WPM Education clients.

These sessions are aimed at helping users from institutions gain access to Online Store training to meet their individual training requirements and also interact with their peers from other institutions.

FREE FOR ENHANCED SUPPORT PACKAGE CLIENTS

If you have subscribed to WPM Education's enhanced support package you can use your training credits to attend these courses at no charge.

To find out more about your enhanced support package options please contact your account manager.

For all other attendees it will cost £300(+VAT) per full day, £175(+VAT) per half day including lunch.

TRAINING PROGRAMME

The sessions are aimed at both new users and existing users; although please read the full description of each session before booking on them.

  • Product Catalogue - 1 Day

    This session provides new and existing users with the skills they need to create and manage products within the Online Store. It also covers downloads, product variations, managing orders, and using questionnaires and emails.


  • Short Courses - 1/2 Day (Morning)

    This session provides users with the skills they need to create and manage short courses within the Online Store. It also covers supplementary extras, amending bookings (including cancellations and refunds) and using questionnaires and emails.


  • Conference & Events - 1/2 Day (Afternoon)

    This session provides users with the skills they need to create and manage conferences and events within the Online Store. It also covers programme items, amending bookings (including cancellations and refunds) and using questionnaires and emails.
